NOTE: Exterior thermometer of reach-in cooler (maximo #80543) observed at 35-36F. Internal thermometer in cooler observed at 50F. EHS thermometer left in cooler observed at 50F. Unsure if temperature issue is due to having the door open for stocking this morning or malfunction of the unit. The only foods in this unit are foods that were recently made (salads) or recently opened from a can (pears). These foods moved to the walk-in cooler. PIC will monitor this unit. Highly recommend that maintenance from WCPSS check unit for proper function and possible repairs. Please do not use this unit until it has been evaluated.
