General Comments
Food truck had just arrived at vending site and cooler had just been turned on when checked. Cooler air temp. was 45 degrees F. The cooler was still in the process of dropping internal temp. at time of inspection. All potentially hazardous foods were in correct cold stock temp. range due to being heavily iced.
