Gate remains in the open position. Gate is not self closing. Gate shall be self closing and self latching from all points. Gate adjustment is required (CPO indicates it will be taken off to lift it properly into position.) Today the gate was physically blocked from opening completely or beyond a 90 degree angle so that it does not rub the concrete.
