Visible areas of bonding wire observed in good condition. Wake County Plan Review and Recreational Sanitation Section recommends pools be hyper chlorinated at least twice a month. This activity should be accurately logged on the CPO check list form. CPO certificates are required to be provided onsite at all times; recommend keeping certificates with the pool maintenance book. Temporary fencing currently installed. Fence is 48 inches and 45 inches between horizontals. Gate latch is 54 inches above ground. Hose bid installed by fence is foothold. In process of being removed. Must send picture of it removed before tomorrow afternoon.

A young white male and female, both with dark hair (late teens?) driving a small gold-colored sedan had been smoking marajuana in the mens restroom. They left immediately when I arrived. There was no one else at the pool.
