NOTE: Facility was serving sandwiches and other food when they opened but have moved to selling only smoothies for now. Plans are in place to start sandwiches and other foods again soon; brisket (cooked in house an date marked), chicken, shrimp, calamari, and fish are stored in the reach-in freezer. Facility is currently open 11am-4pm Thurs-Sun. No TPHC, no undercooked meats or seafood. Discussed owner moving food truck to this location to use as a commissary; discussed wastewater disposal options and change of commissary procedures; sent email to owner with information about change of commissary; sent email to MFU specialist David Adcock with questions on wastewater disposal options.
