Once again there was no test strips on hand to test the sanitizer solution. One a cart on the second floor the Quat sanitizer was well above 500 parts per million. On the carts on the third and fourth floor there was no sanitizer solution. Each room must sanitized with an approved sanitizer solution. Quat sanitizer must be between 150 to 400 parts per million.
