New modular classroom building has been added to the campus. This new building is connected to City of Raleigh Sewer lines by a connecting waste water line pumped from an underground sewage lift station pump tank. This mirrors sewage waste disposal for all buildings on campus.

All buildings are currently on private well water but connection of all buildings to City of Raleigh Municipal water supply is scheduled by early October 2024. If this municipal water connection has not been completed by this date a bacteriologic water sample will be collected and tested from the private well water supply source by this department prior to the end of 2024. Documentation of public water supply connection to all school buildings must be provided to Wake County Environmental Health for proper documentation of records.

All meal items in the school cafeteria are individually packaged and prepared and catered from Beaver Dam Public Elementary School Cafeteria. A stem thermometer is needed to check food product temps. like cartons of milk in the milk cooler to verify proper cold stock temps. of 41 degrees F. or less.

Cleaning chemicals including spray cans of Lysol and Clorox surface wipes should be stored in areas only accessible to staff and out of reach by students. This includes areas like closed or locked cabinets and closets.
