Repair loose fastener bolt on support cable for the lowest elevated climbing platform on the playground structure adjacent to the amphitheater. Priority repairs for safety are needed to prevent this elevated climbing platform from collapsing under use.
Reattach loose ladder step and loose wall panel on the elevated platform on the playground structure closest to the parking lot. Priority repairs for safety are necessary to prevent possible injuries from falls caused by these loose components.
Ground covering is eroding and washing down and into the amphitheater. Storm water runoff strips are needed on the grounds above the amphitheater to prevent erosion of the existing ground cover.
In the girls 204 restroom the wall in the last stall is cracked. Repair wall. In shared bathroom 302 ceiling tiles are loose. Repair/replace. In boys restroom 2310 there`s a hole in the wall. Repair wall. In girls restroom 2312 there`s a cracked wall near the last stall. Walls and ceilings shall be clean and in good repair.

In playground equipment, remove and replace the badly cracked round plexiglass drum cover (older children playground) and green wagon seats (younger children playground)...REMINDER ABOUT STORAGE OF CHEMICALS, SANITIZERS AND CLEANERS WHEN CHILDREN ARE PRESENT (children not present today since school is currently not in session): In many classrooms where students would have access, ensure hand sanitizers, cleaners, disinfectants, aerosol sprays, and other chemicals are used as directed on their labels and stored to avoid health hazards. Those items only marked "keep out of reach of children" should be stored at least 5 feet above the floor or under direct supervision of teacher or staff member. If not being used, those items with other health warnings, in addition to "keep out of reach of children," should be kept locked in cabinet, desk or storage room.
