In equipment such as ice bins and beverage dispensing nozzles and enclosed components of equipment such as ice makers; clean equipment at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold. 23. 3-501.17; Priority Foundation; Date Marking system is flawed. Observed hot dogs, jalapeno cheddar and cheddar beer brats holding with a "ready to use" date of 8/31/24 and a discard date of 9/5/24. However, the packages have already been opened. According to the PIC these items were thawed yesterday 8/28/24. This gives the product an additional 3 days of hold time. Observed open package of coleslaw holding with a discard date 9/27/24. According to the PIC this product was pulled yesterday and is held for 30 days. TCS foods shall be dated for the date the package is opened and held for 7 days counting the day that the package was opened. Ready to eat , Potentially hazardous food (Time/temperature for food safety food ) prepared and held in a food establishment for more than 24 hours shall be marked to indicate the date or day by which the food shall be consumed on the premises, sold, or discarded, based on the temperature and time combinations specified below. The day of preparation shall be counted as Day 1. Request fix for date marking stickers to align with the food code. 0.0

EHS unable to verify compliance for food thermometer, chemical test strips and employee health policy. In addition, many priority and priority foundation items were unable to be corrected during the inspection due to the fact that the Cashier is the only person in the store. Cashier unable to leave register and not knowledgeable of where some of the items are, therefore a verification visit is needed. A verification visit will be conducted on Monday, April 17, 2017. If Priority and Priority Foundation violations still exist at that time, then an "Intent to Suspend the Permit" notice will be issued.
