10. Observation: Hand sink observed in kitchen with excessive amounts of herbs being used for washing produce. Hand sink at dish machine had dirty bread basket stored in it. Ensure that all hand sinks are not used for any other purpose than handwashing. 5-205.11; Priority Foundation; A) A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use.
