Establishment found to be serving eggs and sausage. ***Illegal Food Vendor Violation Notice issued*** This establishment does not have a food establishment permit and is not permitted to prepare foods. Additionally, permit conditions specifically state: "NO PREPARED FOODS OF ANY KIND REQUIRING A 2600 PERMIT." Hotels may legally serve only unopened, prepackaged foods, pastries, and waffles without a permit. Immediately cease service of sausage, eggs, and any other foods that require preparation. Any sausage, eggs, or other foods that have been opened shall be discarded. If establishment wishes to pursue a permit, contact Christina Sancha with Wake County Environmental Services, at 919-856-6063 for details. A visit to evaluate existing facilities may be scheduled by submitting a Service Request Form (provided). This would allow for establishment to get an idea of what, if any, changes would be required to obtain a permit. Investigated complaint received 12/29/11. Findings noted in Complaint Manager. Have disused furniture removed from near dumpster area.
