The sanitation rating card was not posted when inspection was initiated. This card must be visible by customers at all times during operation...Person in charge stated that this pushcart is no longer using the Backyard Bistro as its commissary. Instead, the Corner Kick Caf? on the soccer complex grounds is being used. Immediately submit a change of commissary form to our office to be approved.
