15. Commerically cooked burger patties were being reheated, in the microwave, and reached in between the temperatures of 110-156F. This was due to the burger patties being stacked on top of each other. Suggestion was made to use a longer container for the burger patties to better be reheated to 135F. 25. Make sure that there is a hanging thermometer inside of all cold holding units. Could not find a thermometer inside of the walk-in cooler. 0.0
