2. General Comment: The vanity light in room 507 was burnt out, replace burnt out light. 0.0
8. General Comment: Only 2 of the housekeeping carts in use during inspection were properly supplied with sanitizer. The lavatory, its handles, faucet, and vanity shall be washed using an all purpose cleaner and rinsed daily if the room has been occupied. A sanitizer shall be applied to the lavatory and vanity. The sanitizer shall be left to air dry. The sanitizer on one cart and from the dispenser in the main housekeeping area was too strong according to test strips. Proper concentration for quaternary ammonia sanitizer is 200-400 ppm. 0.0
13. General Comment: The hot water in the rooms on the Glenwood Avenue side and toward the middle of the hotel was not reaching 116F. Have hot water adjusted so that the hot water in the rooms is maintained between 116-128F. 0.0
32. General Comment: Several of the housekeeping carts had chemicals next to clean linens and/or did not have correct clean to dirty flow on the carts. Chemicals should be stored so that they will not contaminate clean linens. The carts should be set up so that clean and dirty items do not touch and all single-use items are protected. 0.0
