TCS(Time/Temperature Controlled for Safety) foods shall be held cold at 41F or below. Watermelon at 45F moved to main cooler, water melon at 47F voluntarily discarded. Items in left side of case at 41F and below but items on right side of case around 42-45F and watermelon on the bottom at 47F. Watermelon slices have been in cooler since previous day according to employee. Ensure items are not stored on the right side until unit is repaired.

Employee stated they will not use vegetable wash dispenser until tube can be replaced.
