Employees are required to wash hands when switching between working with raw food and ready-to-eat food, even when the ready-to-eat food is not directly touched, and are required to wash hands when changing tasks. Verification Required; EHS discussed proper procedure with PIC and will return on 8/9 to ensure proper handwashing is followed. 2.0
16. 4-601.11 (A); Priority Foundation; Soda nozzles on the machine at the drive through-window were observed with accumulation of residue inside. Food-contact surfaces shall be maintained clean. General Comments
This facility is operating under a Transitional Permit. All repair items detailed on the Transitional Permit must be completed by the expiration date listed on the permit to prevent expiration of the permit and requirement for establishment to close until a new permit can be issued.
