Forward right gate rests on the latch and is not self latching. Latch was lubricated during inspection and tested multiple times. Right gate is now self closing and self latching. . Two back gates are not functioning properly. Back gate on the right rests on the latch, gate tends to rest open, not enough hinge tension to close the gate everytime. Gate is chained locked with key and plans are being made to replace the gate. . . Back gate on the left doesn`t latch securely since it can be pushed open, bypassing securing mechanisms. Back gate on the left is also chained and locked preventing use. Three gates are functioning for access and egress to the pool deck.

Original permit did not get the VGB certification for the jet attached in DHD and paperwork could not be located. However, pump and covers used are identical to those for the filtration system.
