22. 3-501.16 (A)(2) and (B); Priority; Chorizo 47 degrees F, Pork 47.5 degrees F, Corn & onions 46.3F, Carnitas 46.8F, Steak/Azada 45.4F. All cooked meats inside the refrigerator are too warm. Pork, Steak, chicken, cooked vegetables, must be maintained at 41 degrees F and colder. Use your thermometer to monitor food temperature. Maintain food at 41F and colder. Personal items such as two bottles of breakfast syrup, three bottles of children's medicine, nutrition gummies, coffee creamer, etc were removed from the top shelf of the refrigerator today and cooked meats moved to the top shelf.
