Further investigation determined that the sanitizer dispenser line was inadvertently placed in the bulk rinse additive as oppose to the chlorine sanitizer solution. CDI- Noted line was flushed/cleared then placed in the appropriate sanitizer solution. Discussed checking the sanitizer soluion daily with test strips to ensure sanitizer solution is properly dispened. 1.5
