In rooms 200 and 204, the hot water was not hot enough (96-112F) and in room 232, the hot water was 130F. This facility has 1 tank water heater and 7 tankless heaters. When checked, one tankless heater was not working and several were set to 130F. Hot water requirements in guestrooms is 116-128F. The hot water issues were address during inspection.

Comment: During inspection, in some rooms that were inspected with 2 beds, linens had been removed from one bed but not the other. It appeared as though the bed linens were not removed for cleaning on beds that were assumed to be unsused. Even when there is only 1 occupant in a room and a bed appears unused, if there are 2 beds, the linens should be removed from both beds for cleaning.
