Rebecca had limited your Menu to: Chicken wings/drumettes (placed on MFU in a ready to cook form - no breading allowed on MFU), philly steak-ums (commercial prepackaged), hamburgers (must be pattied in commissary), hot dogs, fries and mozzarella sticks (commercially frozen only), canned chili, condiment (ie. lettuce, tomato) all produce to be washed and cut in commissary. Canned/bottled drinks only. All poultry, meats, and produce processed in commissary. Only cooking and assembly of final product on MFU. MFU must be physically taken to commissary each operational day for cleaning, servicing, and supplies. . . . . .Today there is fish and shrimp being battered in the truck. The fish and shrimp are just sitting out at room temperature so it is not bveing handled well. You need to contact Rebecca if you want to modify your menu.
