3-302.11; Priority; Fully cooked gyro meat cones were stored below raw lamb in the reach-in cooler and below raw beef in the reach-in freezer. Fully cooked meats shall be stored above raw meats. CDI-Owner rearranged coolers to hold gyro meat above raw meats.
