Children lunches should be kept in a refrigerator with a thermometer. Perishable food should be held at a temp 45f or less. All Lunches in facility must come from children homes. Facility is not approved for food prep. Only prepackaged snacks can be provided. Snacks can only be served on single serving utensils. If diaper changing is being done in bathroom for 3 year olds mananagement should contact N.C Childcare serving to see if they require a license as a childcare center.
