The top of a landscaping wall and the cross bar of the fence are less than 30 inches apart. The second area is to the right of the equipment room entrance. The roof meets the fence. You can step onto the roof from the outside of the fence and climb over the fence. Both areas can be covered with metal mesh to eliminate the foot holds.
