In Infant 1 room, observed one infant bottles not labeled with date in infant fridge. All human milk, formula, and other bottled beverages, including beverages in sippy cups, that are sent from home
shall be fully prepared and labeled with the date received at the child care center and the name of the child to whom the milk, formula, or beverage belongs before being brought to the child care center. Discuss with parents about labeling children`s bottles and sippy cups with date and their name.

Each refrigerator shall be provided with a numerically scaled indicating thermometer that is accurate to ±3 degrees Fahrenheit and located to measure the air temperature in the warmest part of the refrigerator.
