Everything looks great in the mobile food unit! . . . A lot of mobile food units use Miroil filter pots to put the grease into so it doesn't make a mess when they are going down the road. Some trucks use an old pressure cooker pot since the lid seals on. You might not need one if you stay in the parking lot at the restaurant.
