DISCUSSION ABOUT ONE-EYED BURNERS: Observed two one-eyed burners (camp type of burners) being used for making breakfast eggs and omelets. Brand name "Upate International" with ANS Z 21.72 and CSA 11.2-2011 codes on them. Cannot determine whether they are approved for use in a commercial kitchen.
