Corrected During Inspection - Inspector addressed this with manager who will ensure these are removed and clean further prior to use. 1.5
28. 7-201.11; Priority; Maintenance was performing repairs on the ice machine at the time of inspection. During the repairs chemicals and other materials were being placed on the air drying portion of the drainboard of the three compartment sink directly next to the sanitizing compartment that was set up for dish washing. Chemicals and other toxic/poisonous materials shall be stored so they cannot contamination food, equipment, utensils, etc. Corrected During Inspection - Inspector discussed this with the PIC to ensure all items in the sanitizing compartment are rewashed, rerinsed, and resanitized prior to use. Inspector advised this area to be fully cleaned and sanitized prior to using this space again. 1.0
47. 4-501.11; Core; Reach in cooler underneath oven in Starbucks area is no longer operational. Nothing was stored inside unit at time of inspection. Equipment shall be kept in good repair and proper adjusted. Premises shall be free of unused and nonfunctional equipment. 0.0
