Right side window in clubhouse that opens onto pool deck is missing the mechanism that stops the window from opening more than 4 inches. A few other windows only have one side that is functioning but still stopped the window from being opened. Fix windows so mechanism is functional.

Rope on ring buoy only 49 feet and not 1.5 times width of pool. Provide rope that is 50 feet long or 1.5 times width of the pool, whichever is less.

One gate fails to self latch from 1 inch. One of a pair of doors from clubhouse social room fail to latch from several points on swing of door, including several cases where door latch mechanism was observed to catch in such a way that door could not be manually closed. Door from women`s restroom (with another door outside the pool enclosure) fails to self close and self latch from one inch. Gates and doors shall self close and self latch from all points on the swing of the door. Bench just outside of pool enclosure is major step hazard, with footholds less than 45 inches from horizontal members of the fence. No documentation has been cited on previous inspections. Please remedy this issue by relocating bench or adding to fence. Bench issue ONLY will be given 14 days to be brought into compliance. Issue has been partially remedied today. Please make sure that added fence is not at risk of falling on someone. Gate, door from restroom have been fixed. Malfunctioning door from pair of doors at clubhouse has been rendered non-opening. Per architect on site, this is allowable at a fire door. STRONGLY RECOMMEND CONFIRMING WITH FIRE DEPARTMENT AND TAKING APPROPRIATE ACTION IF THIS IS NOT THE CASE. This constitutes correction on site for all barrier issues except for bench. Follow up visit on bench in 14 days.
