3-502.11; Priority Foundation; A large container of mango yogurt was found in the double door cooler; PIC stated that he made it yesterday and described his process for making yogurt which required boiling whole milk, adding store bought yogurt and allowing it to cool at room temperature. Home-made yogurt requires a state approved variance. CDI- Yogurt was denatured and discarded. EHS explained that all yogurt must be purchased and maintained in its original container and/or receipts of purchase must be maintained on site. Failure to comply will result in permit action.
