Surface skimmers contained leaf litter build-up, should be kept cleared as per .2518 requiring the circulation system be kept clear of debris. Skimmers were not sinking properly and CPO placed rocks in baskets to help sink. Recommend Backwashing to help improve flow.

Must have an electrician obtain an electrical permit from the appropriate municipality and have the new connected ground wire inspected.
