One handwashing sink in Preschool 1 bathroom was observed just over 110F. Water at handwashing sinks shall be tempered between 80F and 110F. Please have sink water adjusted slightly. All other sinks were within acceptable range. No point taken.

Handwashing sink soap dispenser in toddler room was not working. No soap was availalbe in the toddler bathroom at the handwashing sink. Each handwashing sink shall have soap availalbe. CDI- a soap pump was placed at the handwashing sink in the classroom until dispenser is fixed. New soap was placed in the bathroom.

One bottle of soapy water not labeled. Disinfectant is approximately 900ppm chlorine. Cleaning solutions shall be kept in a labeled bottle and disinfectants shall be made to be between 500-800ppm chlorine. Label this bottle and ensure disinfectants are properly mixed.
