Check machine throughout the day to ensure sanitizer is dispensing. The machine was primed by the manager and then worked properly. There was a small amount of food debris on the blade of the slicer. Slicer shall be thoroughly cleaned after use. It was cleaned and sanitized by the manager during the inspection. 1.5
