Use green soap prior to procedure not only during. (b) The site of the tattoo shall be cleaned with a germicidal solution, which shall be applied in a circular, centrifugal
manner before the design is placed on the skin. If the area to be tattooed is shaved, this cleaning shall be performed
after shaving the area. Any other sterile, individual towels or gauze that are used in preparing the site to be tattooed
shall be properly disposed of after use on each patron.
