Cooked corn on the cob was holding at 47F. Several large containers of salsa were holding around 48F in the walk-in cooler as well. Chicken and pork was voluntarily discarded by PIC and all other food items were immediately separated into smaller portions and placed on ice to cool rapidly. PIC called a repairman to come out and service the walk-in cooler. EHS will follow up today around 4:00pm to verify the cooler has been fixed. 1.5
