There were a lot of webs and cobwebs, on the walls and ceiling, in the girls and boys restrooms that need to be cleaned. There is a badly rusted handicap handrail found inside of room 1205 (special education area). There was handwashing station, upstairs, that had one part that did not work at the boys handwashing area. Must be in good repair.

Stained flooring was found in multiple classrooms (1211, 1214, 2214, 2105, and Music room). There were individual tiled carpet segments not secure to the floor; rm 2224. Peeling detachable wall found in the PE room. Replace worn carpet in the downstairs computer classroom. Worn weather stripping needs to be replaced in classroom 2214. Air and pest will be able to have access in that area if not addressed. The carpeted flooring, in the special education classroom, may need to be steam cleaned more often if soiled more than other classrooms to help prevent the growth of something that could get students and staff ill.

There were chemical spray bottles, in some classrooms, that were stored too low, making accessible for students. Suggestion was made to keep chemicals stored high, on the top shelf, so that students will not have access to products. Some of the custodial closets were not locked, holding chemicals. Make sure to keep locked to prevent students entering. Some staff restrooms had aerosol air freshners stored where student could access if going to that area. Improve on the chemical storage in the locations where kids are present.

3. There were some water fountains in the hallways and classrooms that had build-up and not fully clean. Make sure that more attention is being paid to the cleaning of the fountains. 7. Improvement is needed for storage being on the floor in the classrooms and storage areas. Storage needs to be either easy to more or above the floor to help facilitate cleaning.
Clean the walls and ceilings of both the girls and boys restrooms to remove the dust and the marks on the on walls. Clean the windows in all the restrooms to remove the spider webs.
