Dead spider in gymnasium ramp area. Clean and eradicate bugs. Several bottles of cleaning chemical were observed with no label. Label bottles. A can of Raid observed in room 2407. Only the custodian should use these pesticides and they should be stored in a centralized location. The wood railing to modular unit closest to building is rotting near the door. Have railing repaired.

General comments: Many items observed on the floor under sinks in multiple classrooms. School is not in session at this time. During school operation, this would fall under rule .2411, storage. Store items at least 15 inches off the floor. In addition, clothes and plastic bins observed stored in the bathroom of classroom 1411. It is not recommended to store items in the bathroom due to contamination risk. Mop sink hoses seen laying in the mop sink basin. This presents a backflow risk to the water supply. Store hoses off the mop sink basin when connected to water supply. Note: Guidance document provided for cleaning of food-contact items as observed in kitchen area of room 1405. General Comments
Sewage grease trap outside of art classroom and adjacent to playground has a broken lid and poses an immediate safety hazard to children. Recommend repair of this lid as soon as possible. The area around the grease trap should cordoned off to prevent access until repairs are complete.
The carpets in 2303, 2305, 3411, and 2309 need cleaning ( floor cleaning is scheduled for July ). Clean the storage room floors. The high, angled surfaces and walls in the gym have dust build-up, and several ceiling tiles are knocked out of place.

Do not use the small bathrooms inside classrooms for storage. The bathroom in 1425 has lot of storage. Clean the custodian closet on 1000 hall. The storage rooms are very full with items stored under the bottom shelves and in the middle of the room. Additional storage space is needed. Storage rooms should be organized with items stored above the floor to allow for floor cleaning.

A) The button on the fountain in room 1307 is missing, repair the button. B) The pressure at the water fountains in rooms 1415, 1309, and 2307 is low, adjust pressure on these fountains. The water fountain pressure in rooms 1307 and 3407 is high and is spilling onto the floor, adjust pressure.
