There is a bench in the play area near the rear entrance gate that is too close to the fence and creates a foothold that is only 29" from the top of the fence. Move benches from fence that borders the pool. The perimeter fencing starting near the upper parking lot and wrapping around the left side of the building/pool enclosure has areas that are not at least 48" high and there are footholds within 36" of the ground; multiple areas have piled up mulch and/or sagging fencing. An alternative to repairing or replacing fencing around the left perimeter would be to install a barrier that meets fencing high/spacing requirements at the brick arch way near the stairs/vending machines on the lower pool level, the opening is this area is at ground surface and is easily accessible to the pool deck.
