General Comments
Replace bathroom changing table in the special needs kitchen class bathroom #2624. The covering on this changing table is torn and the interior foam is exposed. A water proof surface is required for a bathroom changing table to allow for proper cleaning and disinfection between uses. A sewer gas odor is present in the showers area of women's locker room #1714. Custodial staff should pour water regularly into floor drains in the locker room showers and bathrooms to prevent the drain pipes from drying out which allows sewer gas to rise up the pipes and into the building. School facility sanitation inspection completed.

In many of the locked janitors closet observe chemical bottles being reused to store different chemicals (peroxide in degreaser bottle and acid cleaner in disinfectant bottle) chemical spray bottle unlabeled in 2507 and 1507,super sorb stored on top of the hot water heater in one janitor`s closet and miscellaneous items stored on top of pipes causing it to lean M603-02B, bulk chemical bottles not capped/tubes removed from bottle to allow the dispensing of the chemical. Head custodian stated that all of this is being done by the contracted night custodians. Please ensure that the contracted custodians are informed of the proper storage of chemicals and the organization and the cleanliness of floors in this area. Clean debris from lights in media center (above computer area) and Stairwell 2 3rd floor. Provide storage shelving in custodial rooms for Mod 1, Mod 4, and rooms 1708 and 3617. Fix broken towel dispensers in boys and girls bathroom in modular 1.
Water fountains are excellent with the exception of one outside of room 2624 that has been turned off.

Handwashing sinks throughout the building are in need repair or replacement. Water should stay on while hands are washed. Water is turned off / not supplied to one handwashing sink in the 1st modular building (trailer); part of the faucet is missing. Handwashing sinks in the locker rooms need to be adjusted so that the water stays on long enough for hands to be washed. In the girls restroom in the 2600 wing, two out of three handwashing sinks do not work at all. One out of three of the boys does not work. All 3 of the handwashing sinks in the boys toilet room in 1500 need repair or replacement so that water is supplied for handwashing. In the 3600 wing, the girls sinks stay on for only 1 second, and the other for 7 seconds - not long enough for effective handwashing. One sink in the toilet room of the 1600 wing does not work at all. In the boys toilet room on the 3rd floor, one handwashing sink stays on for only 2 seconds and another will not stay on at all. Outside of the cafeteria, two out of three handwashing sinks in the girls` toilet room have no cold water supplied to them. One of the sinks in the girls` room outside of the gym wont stay on. Two out of three handwashing sinks in the boys` gym toilet room will not stay on.
