Milk is being poured from gallon jug into pitchers for breakfast. Washing pitchers at sink in the kitchen. Discontinue pouring milk. This requires a food permit and is illegal. Purchase a milk dispenser(bagged milk inside dispenser) for customer self service. Call plan review at 919-856-7400 if wanted to get a food permit.
Employees unsure which spray bottles contained sanitizer on carts. Bottles labeled sanitizer tested 0 ppm. Manager poured new quat sanitizer from auto-dispenser at 200 ppm. Machine not labeled properly to indicate which chemical is dispensing. Lavatory, its handles and faucet, and vanity must be cleaned and sanitized daily if room is occupied.
