At the mop sink, the water was found to be on during inspection, but the Y-connector was off, preventing water from coming out and the sink was not in active use. Due to the type of backflow preventor (non-pressure rated) used on the sink, the water should be turned off at the hot and cold water handles and the pressure should be released when the sink is not in active use.
