General Comments
This facility is operating in violation of their permit conditions. You have been permitted as a food stand with takeout only and no seating is allowed due to the establishment not having restrooms for the public. Customers observed dining inside during the inspection. 14 chairs and 7 tables observed on the inside and outside of the establishment and must be removed. Chairs/benches for waiting only is acceptable.
