Polish Sausages, hot dogs are held in two separate pans but have one large lid that is not a good fit on two pans. Gaps exist and heat appears to escape. Maintain food at 135F and hotter; monitor food temperature with your thermometer. Hot Dogs & Polish Sausage shall be reheated to 165F, to begin the holding at 135F. Separate covers were obtained to cover each pan.
