Some disinfectant bottles were improperly labeled throughout the center. Ensure proper labeling of disinfectant bottles. Additionally, no test strips available to measure disinfectant. Obtain test strips from provider. Due to inconsistent readings of disinfectant facility to use bleach until provider can make a visit for further evaluation. Provider expected on Monday, 3/11/2024. An approved disinfectant shall be provided for cleaning purposes. The manufacturer`s Safety Data Sheets for the disinfectant product shall be kept on file at the childcare center and the instructions for use of the disinfectant product shall be followed. EHS will follow up with PIC regarding disinfectant.
