General Comments
Student personal items like a water thermos bottle and a tooth brush with tooth paste were stored in the special needs class #1 bathroom #1139A adjacent to the bathroom changing table. Student personal items should not be stored in the special needs class bathroom to prevent possible contamination and the transfer of disease pathogens including norovirus or stomach flu. Clorox surface wipes were left in an area accessible to students in the special needs class bathroom #1139A. Cleaning chemicals should be stored in areas only accessible by staff. (Example: Store cleaning chemicals and aerosols spray cans in closed or locked cabinets.)
