KITCHEN HAS CATERED MEALS ONLY CHECK TO SEE THAT THE HOT FOOD IS 135' AND 45' OR BELOW FOR COLD FOOD WHEN RECEIVED FROM CATERERS. I RECOMMEND LOGGING THE TEMPERATURES DOWN EACH DAY. WASH, RINSE, AND SANITIZE BAKING SHEETS USED IN THE HOT HOT HOLDING UNIT DAILY. CLEAN THE MICROWAVES MORE FREQUENTLY. I RECOMMEND PROVIDING MORE LIGHT IN THE MEN'S AND WOMEN'S RESTROOMS ON THE WEST END (ABOVE SINK AND TOILETS)
