WASH, RINSE, AND SANITIZE BAKING SHEETS USED IN THE HOT HOT HOLDING UNIT DAILY. CLEAN THE MICROWAVES MORE FREQUENTLY. I RECOMMEND PROVIDING MORE LIGHT IN THE MEN'S AND WOMEN'S RESTROOMS ON THE WEST END (ABOVE SINK AND TOILETS)
