Milk cooler next to the sandwich prep station was not working properly at the time of inspection. Milk temps were 45F at first temp, but the unit did not seem to be blowing cold air. After 1/2 hour milk temp was up to 47F. All items to be moved/iced until the the unit can be repaired. At 45min unit seemed to be blowing cold air again, may need to adjust defrost cycles.
