.2513 (b) Discharge pipe extends below the top of the drain pit. There shall be no direct physical connection between the sewer system and any drain from the swimming pool
or circulation system. Overflow from the swimming pool, and discharges from the circulation system, when
discharged to the sewer system, storm drain or other approved natural drainage course, shall be discharged through a
suitable air gap so as to preclude the possibility of back flow of sewage or other waste water into the swimming pool
or the swimming pool piping system. Deck drainage shall be discharged through an indirect drain.
