Any roof and ceiling leaks causing this staining of the girl's bathroom ceiling should be repaired. The stained ceiling area should be cleaned and repainted with a waterproof and mold resistant paint after the sources of the ceiling leaks have been fixed.

There are also areas along the base of the dome where the support bars are missing that have exposed sharp metal edges that pose potential injury hazards. Remove wooden picnic table from grounds that has a broken bench. There are sharp and splintered pieces of wood on this broken bench that poses potential injury hazards. Both the broken dome and damaged wooden picnic tables on the playground have been cited before in prior inspection reports. Priority removal of both items from the campus for safety is required. The plastic picnic tables on the playground are covered in bird droppings and require pressure wash cleaning. Remove trash and litter from the wooden walled play pit. The playground requires mowing and trimming. Grass on the playgrounds is 8 to 10 inches high. The playground requires priority mowing to prevent possible pest harborage issues.
