New roof has been installed on school building to repair ceiling leaks per the church property manager. Water stained ceiling tiles from these prior roof leaks in offices and classrooms must be replaced with new tiles. Remove exposed metal bolt end that is protruding from the upper support post adjacent to the steps on the playground structure. Removal is needed to prevent possible cuts or other injuries to children using the structure.

General Comments
Management has not been able to replace the missing handrail previously identified on the outside playground structure steps. This is due to the issue that no replacement components are available for this product structure and it is not possible to retrofit a handrail that would be a safe alternative. The school administration is keeping a thick layer of soft ground covering around the play structure as a method to mitigate the missing handrail. Site managers will monitor this soft ground covering to make sure there is an adequate amount maintained around the playground structure. School Facility Sanitation Inspection Completed.
